Bug reports and feature requests go on GitHub, where they can be tracked properly. Email is for everything that can't.
Bugs and feature requests
Open an issue at github.com/Porthorion/Navis/issues. Search first, in case someone has already reported it. For a bug, please include:
- your Navis version (Settings, About) and your device or operating system version;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot or screen recording if it shows the problem.
Please don't attach music files. If a specific file won't play, its format and bitrate are usually enough.
If something can't go on GitHub, for example because it's private, email:

Privacy requests
Navis and this website collect almost no personal data. See the website and app privacy policies. For any request or question, email the address above with "Privacy" in the subject line.
Security issues
If you find a security problem in Navis or this website, please email the address above with "Security" in the subject line instead of opening a public issue. See also security.txt.
Copyright and other notices
For copyright complaints or other legal notices, email the address above with the details. Navis does not host or distribute music; it plays files that users provide.
